You can choose the value of your gift card to any amount you wish. The recipient can then choose from any of the hypnosis downloads available on this website. Whether it’s overcoming anxiety, increasing confidence, boosting well-being, easing stress, weight loss or something else, there’s bound to be something here that will help them to feel better in themselves.

Instructions For Gift Cards:
- Decide on the amount you wish to gift and enter the amount (the default amount is set at £5).
- Enter your name in the ‘From’ box.
- Type your message in the ‘Gift Message’ box (up to 300 characters).
- Enter the recipient’s name under’ Delivery Method’.
- You can preview your gift card, and make any amendments, before adding it to your basket.
- After checkout, the gift card will be e-mailed to you and you can then print the gift card and give it to the recipient or e-mail it to them.
- The recipient of the gift card can then use it to choose from the hypnosis downloads on this site (up to the value of the gift card).
- No refunds are available on unused or part used gift cards after purchase.
- Gift card are valid for one year from purchase (so they have plenty of time to get the downloads they want!)
